This website
The only personal data this site collects is the email address you submit for early access, with a label for which form you used. We use it solely to invite you to SnapSensei. No analytics trackers, no advertising pixels, no cookies.
The product
When you capture a workflow, screenshots and interaction context (element names, page titles, text you typed) are stored in your SnapSensei library so your guides can be built. Password fields are never captured. Redaction permanently destroys the underlying pixels in storage.
Guides are private by default. Shared links are unguessable, can be password-protected, and can expire. You can delete a guide at any time; its screenshots are removed with it.
Viewer analytics
Shared pages count views using a one-way hash that rotates daily. Raw IP addresses and browser details are used only in the moment to compute that hash and are never written to storage. There are no third-party trackers on shared pages.
Where data lives
SnapSensei runs on Supabase (database, storage, authentication) and Vercel (hosting). AI drafting sends captured step context to Anthropic's Claude API to generate text; drafts are stored with your guide.
